I'm Felix Kang, co-founder of an AI-native company. My company runs on agents. That’s also what we sell: we’ve rebuilt 100+ business teams on AI, inside 30+ enterprises and public companies across software, commerce, industrials, and financial services.
The work is the whole move, not just the build: redesigning how a team operates, building the AI systems it runs on, training the people who’ll own them, and staying embedded until it holds up in production.
This blog is where I write about AI, startups, growth, and management, including what that work has taught me about where enterprise AI works and where it stalls.
Earlier, my work had me spend thousands of hours on AI-powered 3D engines for games, interactive ads, and VR, which is why my early posts cover games, engines, and AI NPCs.
